A fantastic opportunities exist for highly motivated Sales/Accessory Specialists to join our team at ARB Coopers Plains and ARB Springwood. You will be responsible for servicing trade and retail clients with the ability to build strong business relationships. To be considered for this opportunity, candidates MUST have:

· Proven sales experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· An understanding of the 4WD market

· Professional and articulate phone manner

· Strong focus on meeting targets

· Physical stamina to support a high pace showroom

· Intermediate computer skills

The successful candidate must possess the motivation and enthusiasm to succeed and are passionate about representing ARB to a very high standard. Have the ability to work autonomously but understand the importance of working within a team environment. This is a full time position, which will include your attendance at 4X4 shows and open days where required. A salary package will be discussed, based on demonstrated sales experience and level of knowledge. We are currently looking to recruit highly energetic, intuitive and organised 4WD Accessory Fitters for our ARB Coopers Plains and ARB Springwood outlets. This full time position will require:

· A strong background in automotive fitting

· Automotive electrical wiring experience/knowledge

· Be able to keep a clean, organised work space

· Attention to detail

· Experience in a fast paced, highly active workshop environment

· Strong self-motivation with the desire to succeed

· The ability to work individually without constant direction

· Current Drivers License

· Your own tools

Successful candidates will be required to install a raft of accessories including but not limited to bullbars, winches, canopies, dual battery and suspension systems.
